Year 1

Hello again!

I hope you are all ok even though weather has gone a bit chilly - the sun will be back soon!

This week's activities are entitled 'Famous and Significant People'. You can choose what you do and how much. It will be an interesting topic with lots of opportunities to find out about people who have done some amazing things.

Hello Year 1!

How are you all? I'm missing seeing your posts on our blog - what have you been getting up to? What fun things have you done?

Did you see the 'Baby Quiz' on the blog? If not, it is worth having a look as it is made up of photos of the adults in school when they were babies or toddlers - can you guess who is who? I found it tricky but, it was really good fun!

The theme this week for your home learning is 'Sport', so dust off your trainers and get active. There are some fun things to choose from but, as always, just do what you can and if you think of some different things to do on the theme just go for it!

Take care and keep posting on the blog,

Love Mrs Smith xx

Hello everyone,

I hope you have had a good half term (if that's what it was!) . THe theme for this week is 'Under The Sea' which is really exciting. There are so many things we could do on this theme so can't fit them all in - you might find something different that you would prefer to do - go for it!

As always, just do what interests you and have fun! Keep posting on our blog as it's great for us al to see what each of us is getting up to. Do you see the baby quiz on there? If not, check it out!

See you soon ,

Love Mrs Smith

Hello again!

I hope you are all doing well. The sun is shining so hopefully you are getting out in the fresh air - safely of course!

Here is the next set of activites for you to do at home. The theme this week is 'Food' so it should be fun. You might like to do different things related to food so, if you do, post on the blog what you get up to and it might inspire others to try it!

I am really enjoying the things you put on the blog and seeing the learning you are doing.  Don't forget that you can ring school if  you need anything or, send a message on the blog.

Hello Year 1!

I hope you are all well and doing lots of fun things. Here is a plan of things you can be getting on with if you want to use them - do as many or a few of them as you feel is right for you.

Thank you to those of you who have put things on our Year 1 blog - it has been lovely to see what you're getting up to! Please keep posting pictures and information of the super things you are doing.

Also, please don't forget to keep reading! You all have a login for our new reading scheme so you can read books online. Only a few of you have accessed this so I thought I'd remind you of it. All the details were sent home in the learning pack. Have fun!
